If I were to teach one song this year, it would be this one.

Sometimes words come in a trickle–a hook here, a phrase there, woven and pieced together like the quilts my sister-in-law painstakingly made for each of my children when they were born. Sometimes they come like a fire hose–goodness that flows full-blast until finished. These songs always feel the most special, exciting, and inspired.

"Wonderfully Made" came that way. I wrote all of the words for this song (minus the bridge) in one sitting. I passed the words on to my sunshine friend, Katie D. Higley, who wrote most of the music. This was a brilliant choice; it turned out incredible! The melody feels like a music box; it's waltz-like, and it makes me feel precious, cherished, and loved.

We are anxious for you and the children you love to experience this beautiful song. We pray that everyone who hears will be reminded of their infinite worth and the endless love God has for each of them. The video was originally scheduled to premiere on the 10th, but we worked hard to get it done early so we can share it with you this Saturday, January 3rd. I'm so excited!!
