I read a quote by Martin Luther once that stopped me in my tracks: "Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime."
 
Furthermore, in Job 12:7-10 it reads:
7 But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:
8 Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.
9 Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this?
10 In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
 
My parents and grandparents taught me to see the Creator in the Creation.  As I look at the beautiful things in the world, I am constantly reminded of Jesus Christ and the miracle of His resurrection. 
 
Some of the things I think about are hidden in this picture:
- Butterflies and their metamorphosis
- Evergreens that never shed their leaves
- Bulbs that shrivel away in the summer and come back with beauty in the spring
- Birds and whales whose precise migration paths allow them to return year after year to the same places
- The moon and its phases
- And, of course, the sun which sets every evening and rises every morning
